- What is a Fitness Bootcamp?
Trust me, this is NOT Curves. This is NOT some choreographed aerobics class in a big mirrored room. This is NOT a class where you spend more time trying to stay in rhythm with the instructor. And, lastly, this is NOT a class where you end up wondering why you do not see any results!
My typical class:
- Is downtown in a climate controlled, indoor, space. No heat exhaustion or frost bites in the park!
- Consists of you and up to 9 of your fellow "bootcampers" to support and encourage you.
- Focuses on whole-body movement and exercise to optimize the time you spend in the studio.
- Is led by a certified Personal Trainer, ensuring that you get the greatest value out of the exercises.
- Is never the same from week to week so you will not be bored.
- No Whistles. No Screaming!
At Wicked Strong Bootcamps, my bootcamp classes aren’t like traditional bootcamp classes. Usually those are led by a whistle-blowing, army fatigue-wearing, screamer. That is simply not my personality.
I promise you, you will work hard but I keep the atmosphere light, comfortable, and non-intimidating. I’m much more apt to be cracking jokes than blowing a whistle or pretending I’m a drill sergeant.
Also, most bootcamps try and fill their classes with 20, 30, or more participants. Not at Wicked Strong Bootcamps!
I limit my classes to 10 clients max. This allows me to give everyone personal attention. In fact, I look at my classes as a way of bridging the gap between large, overcrowded bootcamp classes and 1-on-1 personal training sessions. This is your opportunity to burn fat, build muscle, feel better, improve your health and get stronger. All in a supportive environment that challenges you, with my direct guidance!

I deliver a fun, but truly challenging, small-group personal training class which takes place several times per week. My classes are not your mother’s 1980′s step aerobics class! This is a high intensity workout that will challenge your entire body, it will help blast away body fat and build lean muscle in the process.
In fact, I haven’t had a client yet who can say they’ve worked out harder or gotten better results on their own.
